Welcome to BingiHotel.com™. By using our website and submitting booking requests through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1Booking Requests & Client Liaison
All reservations placed on our platform are considered booking requests, not finalized bookings. BingiHotel acts as a routing platform that immediately forwards your check-in dates, capacity requirements, and contact details to the hotel management. A booking is only official and confirmed when the hotel coordinates directly with the guest and marks it confirmed via our direct chat system.
2Direct-to-Hotel Payments Policy
Payments are handled directly between the guest and the hotel. BingiHotel **does not process online payments, credit cards, or cash transactions** on this platform. After a booking request is received, the hotel representatives will share their payment guidelines (such as bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts) inside the chat. Guests are required to share their transaction proof/receipt inside the chat to complete verification.
Caution: Do not make payments to any external accounts that are not authorized by the hotel management inside the official BingiHotel chat rooms. BingiHotel is not responsible for off-platform payment disputes.
3Content Accuracy & Verify Badges
While we strive to verify all listings, room specifications, pricing, amenities (AC, WiFi, sea view, size), and photos, the ultimate accuracy is the responsibility of the individual hotels. Verified hotels receive a checkmark badge signifying they have provided active business licensing, but guests are encouraged to clarify details inside the chat.
4User Identity & Guest Policies
Guests must provide valid contact details (mobile number) and present photo identification (NID, Passport, or Driving License) during physical check-in. For hotels listed with our verified “Couple Friendly” badge, unmarried couples are accepted in compliance with the hotel's local rules, provided they show valid identity proofs.
